JOB TITLE : Phlebotomist LOCATION : Leavenworth , KS 66048 DUTIES : Login/order patient lab tests Issue collection kits Perform phlebotomy of patients Perform sample processing which includes: Centrifugation. Pouring off of samples into shipping tubes. Plating microbiology samples. Preparing sample shipments. Perform/review waived clinical laboratory testing in accordance with established operating instructions (OI), ensuring reporting of accurate results within established turnaround time. Maintain records of work accomplished, time expended, and prepare/review reports as required. EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS : Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS). Phlebotomy Certification or Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Certificate through a nationally accredited agency. Powered by JazzHR
