Job Summary: Ladgov Corporation is looking to hire a competent on-site Supervisor to supervise the Operations of team of 8 personnel including but not limited to Cooks, Servers and Cleaners. The place of performance is at the Air National Guard in Boise, ID which is located at 3787 W Aeronca St, Boise, ID 83705, United States. Duties: Accomplishes the company objectives by sup ervising staff and organizing and monitoring work processes at the Air National Guard. Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Accomplishes staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees. Plans, monitors, and appraises job results. Conducts training. Implements and enforces Military policies, and procedures. Maintains safe and healthy work environment at the Air National Guard Completes operations by developing schedules, assigning and monitoring work, gathering resources, implementing productivity standards, resolving operations problems, maintaining reference manuals, and implementing new procedures. Provides quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Step in to help performing duties as needed Requirements: Proven experience of leading a team of more than 4 people. High School degree Has military knowledge, preferably a veteran. Powered by JazzHR
