Job Title: CNC SET UP MACHINIST Department: MACHINE SHOP Reports To: MACHINE SHOP MANAGER FLSA Status: FULL TIME HOURLY Position Summary : CNC machinist must possess excellent attention to detail and will be responsible to follow out machining of parts in accordance with prints, and Company procedure requirements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned. Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.5 years related experience or training preferred. Mathematical Ability: Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Computer Skills: Basic Supervisory Responsibilities : None.
