Job Description OUR TEAM:The North America Marketing team is focused on supporting scientists by influencing a customer's experience with Promega through digital, customer focused marketing activities. We are an adaptive and data-driven team. We partner closely with branch sales and global product marketers to highlight Promega's wide array of solutions across multiple market segments including, Academic, Biotechnology, Clinical, and Pharma. YOUR ROLE:In this role you will work across marketing teams to develop engaging and strategic lead nurture initiatives for our prospects and customers. You will serve as a subject matter expert for our Marketing Automation Platform, working with CRM and global marketing teams to ensure optimal utilization of platform capabilities and inspire best practices. JOB OBJECTIVE: The primary objective of this role is to create, manage and execute digital marketing lead nurture campaigns supporting product management and sales efforts to engage with prospects and customers throughout their lifecycle with Promega. Support training and documentation of marketing automation technology solutions involving customer journey mapping, lead collection and lead nurturing. Be available for coaching and problem-solving to help ensure marketers are well versed in using select business tools. You will use your knowledge of marketing automation technology with your excellent interpersonal skills to improve the brand experience for our customers. The role relies on effective collaboration with IT (Information Technology) and internal stakeholders to utilize our digital technologies to their full potential.CORE DUTIES:1. Understand Promega's global marketing automation platform with a goal of creating personalized customer experiences. This includes customer journey mapping, lead collection, lead nurturing, and omnichannel campaign planning.2. Create and maintain global journeys in the marketing automation platform, help marketers with strategy and adoption of journeys and lead management capabilities.3. Work with departments and branches to determine appropriate processes, policies, and content to apply throughout the customer journey lifecycle.4. Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics and optimize based on open rates, click-throughs, conversions, etc.5. Work with a cross-functional team to assist in the development, testing, improvement, and implementation of Promega's marketing technology and processes in all phases of the customer journey.6. Assist in evaluating and implementing new technologies, including AI, to enhance marketing capabilities.7. Educate and train Promega associates on our marketing automation platform.8. Develop and maintain best practice training, process documentation, and templates for marketing automation platform to be utilized by global marketers as resources.9. Ensure data quality and manage database health to support accurate reporting and decision-making.10. Stay up to date with email marketing best practices, trends, and legal regulations11. Understands and complies with ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements applicable to our business.KEY QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business or proven work experience that ensures you are ready to be successful in this role.2. 1-3 years of experience working in a marketing setting using campaigns to drive business results. Internship experience is acceptable.3. Experience using Marketing Automation & CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and strong understanding of email automation, databases, and list segmentation. (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)4. Demonstrated experience in analyzing data and creating reports with findings.5. Comfortable with ambiguity, plus the ability to create order from them.6. Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, shifting gears, and maintaining keen attention to detail.7. Takes responsibility and ownership for own tasks, decisions, and outcomes. Delivers consistent results and hits deadlines within the scope of own role. 8. A curious nature and interest in continuous learning and improvement.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Experience with Microsoft's suite: Dynamics 365, Marketing for Dynamics, Power BI, Microsoft Teams.2. Working knowledge of Sitecore, Google Data Studio, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.3. Experience using data to create actionable insights and highlights for marketing teams.4. Experience using AI tools to support marketing campaign efforts.PHYSICAL DEMANDS: 1.
