Responsibilities Supportsfederal client as part of our environmental technical teamDevelops environmental clearances, technical reports, consultations, guidance are provided in compliance with federal government policies and directivesEnsures compliance with all applicable regulations for projects across the countryTracks progress of environmental requirements until completion and ensures final documents, mitigation, and metrics are recorded in various federal government tracking and repository systemsCoordinates with multiple internal and external stakeholders to include regulatory agencies and other branches of federal government. Qualifications A Master's Degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience in environmental laws, policies, processes, procedures and environmental compliance such as tKnowledge of the National Environmental Policy Act, National Historic Preservation Act, The Endangered Species Act, the Wilderness Act, and the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980 and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).Demonstrate strong knowledge with environmental issues related to large construction projects where roads, fences and surveillance technology.Ability to communicate clearly with a wide variety of stakeholders orally and in writingPossess the ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environmentPossess strong organizational skills to enable working with project teams, service providers and various stakeholdersAbility to think strategicallyPossess strong interpersonal skills, including an ability to collaborate well with others and build strong relationshipsAn active CBP Background Investigation is preferred; the ability to successfully complete a CBP Background Investigation and US citizenship are required.
