We are currently seeking a Engineering Manager with the below qualifications: Professional Attributes Support existing processes and recommend changes to enhance quality and productivity while improving profitability Monitor new product opportunities and manage timely completion of projects through project design, manufacturing processes, quality and BOM development Direct the creation of detailed BOM instructions for new products, specifications for packaging, external supplier specifications and instructions for manufacturing Ensure new project activities are timely and within budget and make necessary corrections when applicable Organize and direct product plans and specifications for projects, engineering systems, equipment, staffing and components Supervise new product projects by reviewing design, specifications, plan/schedule changes and recommending actions Prepare project status reports, summarizing information/trends and communication actions Other duties as assigned Desired Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. 3 - 5 years of manufacturing experience preferably in the plastic injection industry Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, active listening Detail orientated Ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities (multi-task) What You'll Love About Us: Competitive Salary 11 Paid Holidays, Sick Pay, Vacation Pay 401K, Plus Employer Match Medical, Dental, Vision, Company Sponsored Life and AD&D, Short and Long Term Disability, Paid Parental Leave, and More...
