Description The Intelligence Group of Leidos is seeking a Training Specialist to support an Intelligence Community (IC) program instructional team in Chantilly, VA. An Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required to be considered for this position.The candidate will support Government staff in the following:* Provides dedicated support to Mission Performance, Analysis and Collection (MPAC); provides general support to other Directorates, Offices, and Centers as required* Manages the administration aspects of the training from advertisement through record management, proper facility access, attendance, and post training evaluations, along with other administrative activities to ensure the training is conducted in the most efficient and effective manner* Ensures all logistical requirements and approvals are in place* Provides or arranges both classified and unclassified meeting space for trainings, workshops, and meetings if requested by the Government* Assists with the advertisement of courses and other learning eventsRequires a BA degree and 4 - 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2 - 6 years of prior relevant experience; 6 years of experience may be substituted for BA degree.Pay Range:Pay Range $59,150.00 - $106,925.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
