Miles HR has a 6 month contract opportunity for an HR Coordinator to join a fast growing organization with a presence across North America. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 12 months recent recruitment experience for a variety of roles, strong and accurate data entry skills and be familiar with Canadian and U. S. HR processes. This position is located in downtown Vancouver and has the potential to become a permanent role. About the Role: Screening candidates across North America for a variety of internal roles Data entry of personnel files Data migration of personnel files into new HRIS system Conducing reference checks 70% of work is data migration 30% of work is recruiting candidates About You: Minimum 1 year recent recruitment experience Post Secondary education in Human Resources Working knowledge of Canadian HR policies and procedures Proficient in MS Office Excellent Data Entry Skills with high attention to accuracy and details Experience using Microsoft Dynamics an asset Ability to work in a fast paced environment Professional, adaptable and flexible attitude If you are interested in this 6 month Human Resources Coordinator contract, with potential for permanent employment, please apply here now!
