Broad topics may include, but are not limited to:Helping develop strategies and initiatives that drive step-change improvement in accountabilityAddressing enterprise-wide organizational improvements to unlock revenue or capacityIdentifying areas of opportunity to improve the client experience and accelerate time-to-marketAs a manager, the individual will be a member of the Implementation and Change practice and responsible for driving specific behavior and mindset changes in support of Visa's transformation initiatives. They will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, tools, and technology. This person will be essential to ensure the business is ready for change.Key ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will be creative and have direct experience with developing communications, information materials, training and events to enable the adoption of enterprise-wide change. This person must be able to work cross functionally and thrive in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.Key responsibilities will include creating and implementing change management tactics to maximize employee adoption and proficiency, while minimizing resistance.Directly and in partnership with internal SMEs and agency partners develop communications and end user training, including executive memos, internal presentations, infographics, videos, intranet destinations, case studies, demos and learning eventsDefine the sequence of activities required to build awareness, develop competency, and accelerate adoption of change with proficiencyManage the implementation of change deliverables supporting the overarching change objectivesIdentify, analyze and prepare tactics to reduce risk and resistance to adoptionCollaborate with other members of the Implementation and Change team to define and measure the impact of change deliverablesThis is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.QualificationsBasic Qualifications:5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhDPreferred Qualifications:6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhDPrevious experience in implementing organizational wide changeSolid understanding of organizational change management principles, methodologies, tools and best practicesProsci or other change management certification or designationProficiency with Microsoft 365 Suite including Word, PPT, Teams and SharePointPrevious experience working in a consulting firm as part of an implementation teamStrong written and visualization skills, with a background in marketing, communications, or designSuperb proficiency in PPT, with experience using InDesign or similar design tools a plusSelf-motivated with the ability to exercise independent judgment with minimal direction from managementAbility to coordinate activities with colleagues from cross-functional teamsAdditional InformationWork Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.Visa is an EEO Employer.
