Job DescriptionShort and sweet.iNovex is looking for a Top Secret/SCI (with Full Scope Poly) cleared Senior Usability Engineer for a large contract with a focus on Analytic Compliance and Mission Management. As a Usability Engineer at iNovex, you will be supporting a mid-sized, cross-functional software development team focused on the development of a modern user interface for an enterprise-level system. In your role, you will work side by side with the development team and the users to test and manage the usability of the application. What you bring to the team.Experience + Education: You've got the foundations and are eager to learn more! You have: 10+ years' experience in this or related field and familiarity with task analyses, user interface design, and usability testing 5 years' experience of user-centered design and testing experience Bachelor's degree in technical discipline OR 4 additional years of experience Experience testing user interfaces developed using modern JavaScript frameworks (i.e. Angular 5.+) Work closely with software and system engineers developing applications, conduct usability testing, and design/develop user surveys to obtain user feedback. Research and document user-profiles analyze tasks, workflows, and user scenarios.
