Job Summary duties and responsibilities. : The Mother Baby / Couplet Care RN will provide individualized nursing care to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of patients and their families. This role requires knowledge of growth and development principles, as well as evidence-based practices. Autonomy in decision-making and care coordination is expected.
