1965 Dreamer 12 FT ROYAL EXPLORER (REAR BATH) Camper Built on Chev C20 chassis* Outstanding original condition * 292 "Big 6"engine with 3 speed on the column manual transmission * (RARE) Factory cab/dash A/C "Works-Cold Air".* Cab Interior is in super clean condition with original seat cover, shows little wear, no rips or tears. *Previous owner has added seat belts for safety. *Cab glass is in excellent condition and has a Factory tint. *Coach dose not have A/C but could be added in place of one of the roof vents* original in dash AM radio and add-on under dash AM-FM-CD radio-with remote. *Has new period correct West Coast Mirrors. *Runs and drives like the day if left the factory! * This VINTAGE MOTOR HOME/CAMPER is turn key, get in and go condition. *Cab and Camper have original sheet metal and wood structure. *No restoration needed... enjoy it now! It truly is a pleasure to drive, and no matter where I go... its unbelievable the attention it gets. You could spend a lifetime looking for one of these campers and have a hard time finding one this clean. * wood interior is in great condition and original,I did a light exterior restoration but left original patina on the cab (small spots of rust [size of pencil erase] on lower left hood corner) fenders/cab/rocker panel and coach are in excellent condition for a 52 year old truck, all exterior lighting has been replaced with period correct* Wheel bearings have been inspected,cleaned and repacked* brakes have been gone through* resent engine tune-up* new tail pipe muffler* front end is tight going down the road* new in tank fuel sender* 16 inch-10 ply radial tires-90% tread* All appliances have been serviced and work perfectly* Monomatic electric toilet* wet bath* org appliances all work* new high density foam mattress above cab * Original Faulkner awning in fantastic condition. ** Have all of the original documentation including owners manual ** There are no warranties expressed or implied.
