Sofa sleeper and dinette booth The interior is in excellent condition no where or tears. the roof is in excellent condition no leaks or stains anywhere. Has separate toilet and shower. lots of closet and storage space everything in perfect working condition. all the appliances. roof A/C'S Blow Cold. central heating. gas and electric hot water heater. A two-way fridge/freezer. a three burner stove/oven. microwave. double sink electric water pump. electric entry step. Awning. back up camera. hydraulic leveling jacks. TVs front and rear. built in stereo. driver side door. tow package. A Onan 5500 watt Marquis generator with only 108hrs. But generator don't start had it look at they said it needs a new or rebuild carburetor that's common when not used with low hrs. That's the only thing wrong with the whole coach. And is a minor problem a new card is $500 Tires in good condition no weather cracking about 65 to 70% . Runs and drives great no problems at all just smog it sits on a Chevy chassis with a 454 engine and automatic with overdrive transmission.
