It can be parked in a regular parking space, and handles like a van. It is in high demand due to it's size and they don't come up for sale very often.This motor home runs great, drives straight and smooth down the road, shifts perfectly. Gets approximately 12- 15 miles per gallon, depending on terrain, and how it is driven. It is in Good Overall Condition with some minor imperfections, paint discoloration on rear fenders, a few minor scratches and the clear coat peeling on side entry door. The tires are about 2 years old, the batteries are about 3 years old and work perfectly. It has just had a fresh oil change, synthetic oil, along with the generator. The generator was running perfectly, now it won't start, may need fuel pump replaced. It has never been smoked in, nor had any pets inside.
