Responsibilities: Prepare legal documents and correspondence with precision. Proficient audio and copy typing skills. Client liaison, message management, and query resolution. Maintain electronic and paper filing systems. Assist with document preparation, scanning, and collation. Manage busy switchboard, transfer calls, and take accurate messages. Keep clients informed about claim progress. Provide administrative support to teams. Handle ad hoc duties as needed. Requirements: Previous experience working as a Legal Secretary, Legal Administrator, Legal Assistant, Legal Clerk or in a similar role. Familiarity with software applications, especially Proclaim. Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong spelling, punctuation, and grammar skills. Fast and accurate typing ability. Past call handling/switchboard experience advantageous.
