The Role The Trust are looking to appoint a Catering Manager for their South London cluster. Role Requirements Ability to read and implement instructions, such as Health and safety and Food Hygiene regulations. Ability to complete simple financial forms. Demonstrate a willingness and enthusiasm for training. Able to work on own and within a team. Able to lead and motivate staff. Experience of training staff in basic kitchen skills. Be able to communicate with all kitchen, staff and pupils. Display and maintain a high standard of personal hygiene. Able to encourage children to select a balanced meal. Experience of catering. Manage a team experience required Driving is essential to this role and will require the postholder have access to a car and to hold a full driving licence.
