Our extensive product range serves a variety of reserve power applications and consistently delivers the most effective, powerful and reliable batteries available. Learn More About Our Company General Summary The Smart Coach will be responsible for all persons on their assigned processes and report directly into the Smart Leads Duties and Responsibilities Ensuring that all personnel are adhering to Health, Safety and Environmental standards Ensuring relevant PPE adherence Conducting accident and near miss investigations Checking all machine guards Reporting and escalating potential hazards Strict adherence to Quality Basics and Procedures Auditing Quality basics Addressing non: conformities and root causes Ensuring that Manufacturing targets for output and quality are met and booked in a timely manner, including scrap transactions Leading daily Team Briefs Completion of hour by hour boards Working on the production line Championing 5S principles where applicable Responsible for arranging the immediate repair of any breakdown, by escalating to the appropriate.
