Make your mark for patients We are looking for a Head of Data Office Changeto join us in our Data Officefunction, to be based in any of our Brussels (Belgium), Slough (UK) or Raleigh (US) offices About the role The Head of Data Office Change Management will be responsible for leading the change management efforts for UCBs Data Strategy. The role will focus on creating engaging ways for the broader UCB community to connect with the Data Strategy, with the goal of driving a culture shift towards a community that is question: led while being data: enabled. The successful candidate will design and implement a change engagement strategy that will result in functional areas adopting a data mindset and changing their ways of engaging, managing, and sharing data. The candidate should also have knowledge and skills in psychology to interpret and understand the why behind behaviors. Who you'll work with You will report into the Head of the Data Office What you'll do : Develop and implement a change management strategy that supports the adoption of UCBs Data Strategy across the organization: Work with functional areas to identify areas where data can be leveraged to drive business outcomes: Develop and deliver training programs to support the adoption of a data mindset: Create engaging ways for the broader UCB community to connect with the Data Strategy: Develop and implement metrics to measure/monitor the success of the change management efforts: Work with functional areas to identify and address any barriers to adoption of the Data Strategy: Collaborate with other members of the Data Office to ensure alignment with overall Data Strategy Interested? For this position you'll need the following education, experience and skills: : Bachelor's degree, master's preferred: Proven successful track record in process improvement or data science project delivery.Several years of experience in change management, preferably in a data: driven organization: Proven track.
