This individual lives for growth, charting out a path to extend the impact and influence of the company The Regional Sales Manager is a talent scout, finding emerging and potential talent to drive growth, and is responsible for expansion by coaching and holding the sales team accountable. Responsibilities:• Oversee the growth and expansion in your market ensuring that each new sales associate is properly trained, profitable, service oriented and a strong cultural fit.• Determine potential expansion locations within your market through research and due diligence and present to ownership prior to expansion.• Implement the Sales Agent Training Program to ensure all sales agents in your market reach productivity and meet expectations within the first 100 days.• Develop a bench of talent to grow future leaders and reduce the impact of turnover in your market.
