Responsibilities:• Close for agreements and conduct a high-level fiduciary needs analysis • Effectively negotiate, open, and close deals • Develop expert knowledge regarding the housing market, neighborhoods, schools, and all homeownership issues • Maintain database by consistently updating client profiles• Tour homes with clients• Host weekly open houses• Communicate with your admin team on a daily basis to keep transactions on track• Attend weekly team meetings• Conduct high-level consultations with clients to educate them on the market Qualifications:• A Real Estate license is required! • MUST BE LOCAL TO THE SAN ANTONIO AREA TO BE CONSIDERED! • Self-motivated, highly determined, driven• Excellent at building rapport • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Learning-based • Forward-thinking, proactive, dynamic, and perform well under pressure• Flexible schedule with the ability to show homes at night and on weekends• Team Player mentality• Coachable mindset• Reliable Transportation Compensation: $70,000 - $130,000 commission based About Company: Alexis Weigand Real Estate was named as the #1 Small Team by the San Antonio Business Journal in 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022!
