Responsibilities:• Receive inbound customer calls, inquiries, and orders while providing excellent customer service.• Respond to customer inquiries, including troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints.• Confirm customer orders, provide order updates, and resolve any issues.• Maintain an accurate database of customer records and contact information.• Utilize customer feedback to improve and optimize customer service operations. Qualifications:• High school diploma or equivalent.• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.• Proficient in using CRM systems and customer support software.
