We fell in love with the Berdud years ago and had the opportunity to purchase it in 2020. After a year of restoration this beautiful building has maintained all of its original historic features. Built originally as a four Plex, it still has its original hardwood floors, fireplaces, big windows, and tall ceilings. We did do a few changes...opening up the kitchen to the dining room, and adding closets in the bedrooms, and a private mud roomlaundry in the back of each apartment. All bathrooms and kitchens are modern but we have done our best to maintain the historic integrity of the property. These apartments are some of our largest and certainly some of our nicest. Make sure you ask for a viewing if you see one come available.The Berdud is right off of Rock Street with excellent access to I-630. Walkable to the Soma retail District and in the center of Little Rock's oldest historic District, this location allows our tenants to live in a lovely neighborhood and commute easily outside of the old town if need be.
