Automotive Business Development Coordinator (BDC) Director Our executive team is searching for a motivated individual to fill our Automotive Business Development Coordinator Management role. Automotive BDC Manager will oversee the BDC Department • Responding to incoming phone entreaties and online questions.• Documenting customer particulars and reflections in our system.• Organizing consultations and tracking those who do not show.• Staying up to speed with our products.• Welcoming and helping walk-in customers with courtesy and consideration.• Staying in contact with customers to make sure they are happy with our service.• Guaranteeing consumers are aware of any sales.• Helping with other errands at the dealership.
