Multiple Neurology Opportunities General, Neurohospitalist, Multiple Sclerosis, Movement Disorders, Neuropsychiatry, Neuro-Oncology Rush University Medical Center Chicago, IL Opportunity # 851 The Department of Neurological Sciences at Rush University Medical Center is seeking to fill several positions within its growing divisions including Neurohospitalists in the distinguished Neurology Program. This program is recruiting applicants interested to join a team that is continuously growing and looking for the next clinical and research breakthroughs. The neurohospitalists will have a team of residents to work with to provide care for both patients admitted to the general neurology inpatient service and consults throughout the medical center. Candidates with additional training or experience in hospital neurology, stroke or neurocritical care are additionally welcome.This recruitment is part of a key strategic growth initiative within the Department of Neurological Sciences as it transforms the model for academic medicine. In addition to Neurohospitalists, all opportunities will include outpatient and inpatient settings and a chance to see a wide variety of neurological diagnoses. Teaching and research opportunities are also available if desired by the candidate. Qualified candidates must be graduates from an ACGME-accredited neurology residency and must be board certified in neurology. Outstanding clinical skills are required. Candidates will have a faculty rank commensurate with experience.
