Working Title: Office AssociateBrief Summary of Job DescriptionThis position provides complex administrative assistance to the eCampus Director and the eCampus staff in financial and academic support areas.Job DutiesThe primary responsibilities include (1) Organize, monitor, process, and reconcile all financial transactions for the eCampus department including eSHOP purchases, travel budgets, faculty salaries, purchase orders, and do on and off campus billing. (2) Organize and maintain data sets and create documents for key online education metrics including student enrollments, credit hour production, courses offered, faculty lists, and tuition differential monies. (3) Oversee the receipt, organization, notification, and payment of distance education stipends and grants. (4) Assist with search committee functions and maintain human resources records for the department. (5) Work with faculty and staff in other departments across the UNK campus to address issues relating to budget, finances, courses, programs, and other areas related to online education.Schedule Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., 40 hours weekly.
