We have an opening for a Customer Technology Specialist in Fergus Falls, MN.A bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing, energy management, or business or five years of relevant experience is preferred. Requires an in-depth understanding of emerging technologies applicable to residential, commercial and industrial customers. Areas of focus include: electric vehicles, small-scale solar, heat pumps, and other beneficial electrification technologies. Must have strong knowledge of utility operations, including regulatory affairs, customer service operations, public relations, marketing tactics, and least cost planning strategies.
