To handle all utility operation, maintenance and repairs such as water system, compressed air, HVAC, and steam. Represent engineering department in internal and external audits for safety and cGMP. Involve in preparation of SOPs, manage calibrations and preventive maintenance. Oversee functioning maintenance and repair of high shear granulators, fluid bed, coaters, granulators and dryers, film coating machines, mixers and blenders, roller compactors and high-speed compression machines, high speed Vacuum filling, Volumetric filling, Bottle sealing and Labeling, strip packing, blister packing, powder filling and Pouch packing.
