Perform general repair and preventative maintenance on plant equipment and on other heating and cooling equipment throughout the campus including fans, motors, building controls, and cooling towers.Campus: NortheastClassification: StaffPosition Type: Full-timeCurricular:If Faculty, Contract Length:Job Code Number: 3634F-01-20Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Third Class Engineer's License from City of Tulsa or ability to obtain upon hire. Active State of Oklahoma's Mechanical Apprentice Card, or confirmation that a signed application (by College Mechanical Contractor) will be submitted within 30 days of hire. Minimum one year operating experience on boilers and boiler systems requiring a Third Class Engineer's license. Ability to perform responsibilities on one's own initiative with limited supervision. Experience with minor electrical and minor plumbing jobs. Experience with implementing preventative maintenance programs. Ability to move heavy objects (50 pounds).
