This individual would follow company protocols providing quality health management for employees who experience work and non-work related issues. 2. This individual would be involved in medical case management, applicant, and employee screening/training, injury assessment and care, preventative health programs, maintain health records, follow protocols and procedures. 3. Assist with short-term disability administration, and other responsibilities as directed. Willmar Avenue Plant Location Only Minimum Qualifications:1. Licensed as a Practical Nurse in the state of Minnesota (LPN)2. Excellent verbal and written communication3. Ability to use a keyboard and proficient computer skills4. Ability to function independently5. Excellent organizational and time management skills6. Ability to work with confidential materials7. Strong attention to details8. No performance work actions in the last 6 months9. No attendance work actions in the last 6 months10. Must be able to work 3rd shift- 10:00pm-3:00am or 2nd Shift- 3:30pm to 9:00 pm. Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays.Preferred Qualifications:1. Occupational health or public health nursing experience 2. Good knowledge of JOTS policies and procedures 3.
