Responsible for preparing, maintaining, and updating Environmental policy and procedure manuals. Interpreting compliance with environmental regulations, auditing, and keeping abreast of any changes to laws and regulations that impact the organization. Serving as a contact with federal, state, and local regulatory agencies.Having knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Works under the immediate supervision of the Phoenix Engines Environmental Supervisor. U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTSDue to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.YOU MUST HAVE: High School Diploma or equivalent3+ years of experience in Environmental practice WE VALUE: Bachelor's degree Experience with environmental programs (Resource Conservation & Recovery Act (RCRA) - Large Quantity Generator, Clean Air Act - Title V Permitting, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Program, Electroplating Wastewater ManagementExperience with regulatory data collecting & reportingExperience with Industrial Hygiene PracticesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams BENEFITSWe offer a full benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), flexible vacation and education assistance.
