The Role Key purpose of the role is to act as the lead officer for to the development and implementation of a modern, effective, customer focused and high performing property maintenance and improvement service. Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to: develop and implement the strategic and commercial direction of the services to exploit markets and develop new business opportunities to expand the local footprint; drive productivity and innovation, and the consideration of non-traditional solutions that increase quality and value; oversee the business growth of the repairs service; play a key role in supporting the development and maintenance of the HRA Business Plan and to ensure the effective management of service budgets, The Candidate To be considered for this role you will require a degree in a construction or maintenance related discipline or relevant demonstrable experience as well as a current full UK driving licence.
