Overview Provide business and administrative support to facilitate the planning and coordinating of activities of designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters. Hiring Requirements/Preferences Bachelor's engineering degree or equivalent, plus extensive ( 10 + or more years) experience/knowledge of construction, design, finance, and management required . Must have a working knowledge of structural, mechanical, and electrical civil and building practices and concepts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Superior organization skills, ability to make independent decisions and multi-task. Excellent business acumen. Confidence in directing and coordinating staff, sub-contractors and consultants . Innovative and effective management techniques to maximize employee performance. Thorough understanding of construction software, corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, etc. and their impact on project activities. Computer skills, including Microsoft Office, scheduling software (Primavera, Microsoft Project etc.) CSL or willingness to obtain within one year of hire date. V alid unrestricted Driver's License OSHA 30 Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card and ability to pass pre-employment drug screen R.H.
