ORSA Technologies has an opening for a Software Engineer Lead supporting the US Army Operational Test Command (USAOTC) Test Technology Support Services (TTSS) contract at Fort Hood, TX. This is a full-time position, contingent upon contract award. Duties: The Software Engineer Lead provides functional and empirical analysis related to the design, development, and implementation of software systems, including, but not limited to: application software, utility software, development software, and diagnostic software. The Software Engineer Lead participates in the development of test strategies, devices, and systems. Solves and manages the engineer problems and its solutions in the functional area to which assigned. Example of systems IMASE.
