Choice from 2 Rooms, for rent in spacious house one rm. $800, the other $700, both rooms have brand new memory foam queen size mattress, I am renting only one rm. at this time. (Single occupancy only, no couples, or overnight guests allowed.) Person must be a neat and clean freak, respectful of my home. These are larges room, with access to swimming pool & jacuzzi, & tennis courts. (no guest access.) Access to full kitchen, and front room, Washer & dryer, internet, premium cable television. (I spend most of my time in my room.) So you'll have a lot of privacy. 2 miles from Columbia community college. Must have full time employment or means of income. (No exceptions.) If you have any excessive drinking or drug problems, please don't waste your time. I will not put up with it! I'm a smoker and allow smoking outside only. I have a Cat, sorry no other pets allowed.
