Wolfie is a very sweet boy but he takes time to warm up to new people in new situations. We are still working on building his confidence since he has been with us. He has already come such a long way but will need an owner that can continue to help him overcome his insecurities. Once Wolfie trusts you he is head over heels for his people! He absolutely loves to play fetch and enjoys playing with all types of toys. He loves belly rubs and cuddles once he decides to let you in. At his last vet appointment he weighed in right at 100lbs and I feel he will fill out more still, he is a HUGE boy and that has been intimidating to a lot of people who have met him. He has not had experience with children, outside of our 8 year old son who is very dog savvy, so we can not speak to how he would do living in a home with children. He has met two cats and sniffed them and was curious but not rude to them. He has not interacted with other dogs up close and personal but seems to want to be friends with other dogs he's been around. Because German Shepherd's come with a reputation we are requiring he go to a home with experience with the breed. Please visit our website to fill out an adoption application.
