Our team is seeking a n entry or mid-level Business/Systems Analyst who learns fast , appreciates a challenge, take s initiative , and loves the reward of a satisfied client . In our fast paced environment, the Business/Systems Analyst will work across the product implementation and support life cycle; perform critical data management tasks ; and supports the engineering t eam with development of requirements, reports and data conversion scripts. Requirements: Minimum 2- 4 years experience in Systems Analysis Minimum 1- 2 years experience in Data Analyst Minimum 1- 3 years experience in IT Product Implementation Bachelor's degree in Business , Information Technology, or Computer Science Experience in providing support for Project/Program Manager Experience with Business Process Engineering , Quality Assurance , and Agile Development Advance Computer Proficiency, including Microsoft Office 365 , Crystal Reports, BI software , SharePoint , V isio , and Project Management software Product Implementation Learn and develop in-depth knowledge of the company's products and solution offerings Possess and develop industry knowledge in supplier diversity, supply chain management, contract management, procurement, and financial systems Coordinate and work with product development, engineering, and business partners to perform successful on-time and on-budget project implementations A nalysis and Solution Definition Understands client organization's direction, structure, and requirements. Analyzes client organization's industry and competitive position. Documents and analyzes required information and data. Prepares requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations for existing and new product applications . Technical Recommendation and Testing Understands technical design specifications. Defines test conditions and test scripts . Develops accurate and complete test plans. Conducts testing according to plan. Identifies and documents system deficiencies and recommends solutions. Project Execution Assists in enforcement of implementation methodology, project deadlines and schedules. Takes input from supervisor and appropriately and accurately applies comments/feedback. Understands project management principles, manages projects to scope, and manages project changes requests and risk Understands the necessity of project standards and applies them consistently. Develops internal and external meeting objectives and agendas. Prioritizes multiple tasks effectively. Understands the components of running a fiscally successful project. Understands expectations that were set with client and recognizes when issues/events may affect delivery. Provide product support and problem resolution during project implementation and post production. Training Management Develop and deliver Training courses to clients and partners. Administer training courses via on-site classroom and webinars. Coordinate and partner with industry consultants to develop training for Product User Group meetings. ORGANIZATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Innovator Development Proactively seeks opportunities to broaden and deepen knowledge base and proficiencies. Shares acquired skills with team members through formal and informal channels. Make recommendations to enhance company products, service offerings and implementation processes. Encourages more junior Innovators to take responsibility for their development within the company. Internal Operations Participates regularly in the recruitment of new employees through our interviewing process and involvement in recruiting events. Actively contributes to internal programs. Salary Range- $55,000-$70,000 Early Morning Software is a rapidly growing organization serving the Information Technology industries nationwide.
