We make it right – right to the core!We are currently recruiting for candidates to fill a Customer Service Representative position.The position includes the following responsibilities: • Answer phones and respond to customer requests• Enter orders into ERP system• Provide customers with product and service information• Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff as needed• Identify research and resolve customer issues• Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved• Research billing errors and correct as needed• Recommend process improvements• Other duties as assigned JOB REQUIREMENTS • Strong written and verbal communication• Successfully and professionally handles customer complaints• Builds long-term relationships with customers• Empathizes with the customer during difficult situations• Replies promptly to all inquiries of customers via email• Processes customer orders promptly and efficiently• Manages the customer accounts efficiently and accurately• Is able to use automated information systems to analyze customer situations • Strong team player and commitment to company values EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE: • Minimum 3 years customer service experience in a sales and/or manufacturing organization• High school diploma - College preferred• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office SuitePropper International offers a full range of benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k).
