R&K Solutions, Inc. is seeking a motivated and qualified real property technical analyst, proficient in providing Department of Defense (DoD) real property expertise. This position requires presence in the Alexandria, VA area, however there is potential for full time teleworking at a remote location dependent on qualifications. Individual will support the DoD and Military services in managing real property policy, real property data structure, data consolidation and aggregation.R&K is an employee-owned company and an equal opportunity/ affirmative action employer. EOE AA M/F/Vet/Disability.Key tasks to be accomplished include: Provide DoD real property functional knowledge and advice to DoD real property clients in support of Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense (DASD) real property programs. Analyze data sets to support understanding and interpreting real property business processes. Analyze DoD directives, instructions, regulations to identify relevant issues to real property. Analyze data sets to support understanding and interpreting real property business processes. Assist the Real Property Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in the DoD Real Property Management portfolio of systems, business operations, processes, and standards. Support Configuration Support Panels in meeting their responsibilities in identifying and coordinating changes to models, standards, policy, and business processes. Assist SMEs by conducting Real Property Data Warehouse Quality Assurance on Office Secretary of Defense (OSD) data in conjunction with the data analysts, Federal Real Property Council (FRPC) and GSA. Conduct real property research in support of OSD programs and ad hoc questions from the real property community Prepare, schedule, and facilitate meetings, providing pre-meeting files and presentations, preparing, and distributing post meeting minutes and reports. Support briefing development. Track and manage real property issues with multiple stakeholders from multiple offices and agencies. • Make recommendations and implement process changes and improvements. Support a team of government and contractor professionals Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a Technical or Management discipline or 5+ years' commensurate professional experience in technical analytical experience in DoD Real Property Must be a US citizen. Must have a Secret-level DoD clearance or be able to achieve a Secret clearance. Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in DoD Real Property management; Military Service and/or Public Works experience a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Suite of tools including MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint Experience working with MS Access. Experience working with DoD datasets is highly desirable. Understanding of the DoD policies/guidance and lifecycle of real property is a plus. Understanding real property audit responsibilities is highly desirable. Strong work ethic, the ability to work independently, and have proven data analysis skills. Proficient writing skills is a must. Individual must be able to work on a team dedicated to achieving excellence for the government client. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with proven and documented success in completing objectives under challenging conditions.
