Technicians perform a variety of services including but not limited to: precision meter calibration services for our retail petroleum customers. They also perform minor maintenance on these systems. rnrnCompany is currently searching for highly motivated persons willing to be trained and help support the Calibration testing work of our Plymouth Meeting, PA-based crews.DUTIESMajor responsibilities include assisting the foreman with equipment setup, site preparation, meter calibrations, and minor gas station maintenance.Others include but aren't limited to driving a company-owned motor vehicle (CDL not required)Performing the work per company safety protocols; and eventually working toward becoming a foreman, getting your own truck & managing a work crew.QUALIFICATIONSMechanical Background a plusDOT physical every 2 years; drug/alcohol screening done randomly; motor vehicle check semi-annually.Must have a clean driving record and a clean drug screen prior to hire. Drug-Free workplace.Occasional to frequent lifting up to 10-50 lbs. (1 technician); up to 100 lbs. (2 technicians)Frequent kneeling, bending, handling, reaching and standing.Driving comprises approximately 25% of the responsibility.Extended overnight travel is required.
