Serve your future while serving our community! We are looking for experienced and dedicated quick food service Restaurant Managers to join our Tim Hortons team! As a Restaurant Manager, you will empower and lead your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You promote a respectful team environment and manage team members with open communication and understanding. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Supervise and oversee hourly employees Train and manage hourly employees Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations Responsible for ordering and inventory Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices Qualifications: Proven experience working as a manager in the quick food service or full food service industry (preferably 2+ years of experience) Strong leadership qualities and management skills Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented Effective written and verbal communication skills Exceptional customer service skills. ServSafe Certified Capable of working 50-55 hours per week (10-hour shifts) Additional Information: Strong communication, time and resource management, and planning skills. Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Willingness to work independently or with other managers to solve problems, fulfill orders, and create amazing food items. Ability to work in hot or cold temperatures, hectic environments, stand, walk, bend, use hands and appliances, and lift heavy items for extended periods. Company Benefits: Competitive wages!
