Department: Used Parts Hours : Monday Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Location: Des Moines, IA PRIMARY PURPOSE: Housby is looking for an Account Manager for our Used Parts Department, that would be responsible for developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, along with connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. This person will be a liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. Why Housby? EXPECTATIONS: Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers. Assist customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings. Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and customer stakeholders. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. Forecast and track key account metrics. Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory. Track all asset cost through product life-cycle. Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures regarding inventory. Enhance department and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis. Monitor and analyze customer's usage and needs of our products and services. Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships. Liaise between the customer and internal teams.. Maintain a professional image at all times. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE : Proven account management or other relevant experience highly preferred. Proficient with working with Excel spreadsheet. Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs. Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment. Critical thinking and problem solving skills. Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines. Must follow and have Housby's Core Values. PHYSICAL DEMANDS : Oral communication over the phone and in person. Ability to view a computer monitor. Sitting and standing for long periods of time. Alpha/numeric keyboarding. EDUCATION: Associate or bachelor's degree in a business-related field is highly preferred. COMPENSATION: Competitive compensation structure.
