Come join our team! 21st Century Equipment, LLC JOB DESCRIPTION JOB TITLE: Recruiter REPORTS TO: Recruiting Manager SUPERVISES: No supervisory responsibilities WORKS CLOSELY WITH: Hiring managers JOB SUMMARY: The goal is to attract top talent, gain competitive advantage and fuel company's growth. Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates, advising managers; managing student program and relocation of applicants. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (listed in order of importance): Work with management to design and implement overall recruiting strategy Build and maintain rapport with applicant sources by contacting recruiters, colleges, high schools, state agencies, media and internet. Provide organization information, opportunities and benefits. Attract applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, using news media and job boards. Attend job fairs both locally and regionally Screen candidate resumes and applications. Conduct initial interview. Verify references. Arrange management interview, arrange travel, lodging, and meals; escort applicant to interview and arrange community tours. Manage student/intern programs. Provide analytical reports to management Promote company's reputation as "best place to work" EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: BS or equivalent experience and 5 years agricultural experience SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Detail oriented with a structured approach to planning and organization Ability to manage multiple priorities Support diversity PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Extended periods of driving, standing, sitting and keyboarding. Frequent travel with some overnight.
