Candidates must have general knowledge in the following areas:Plumbing, Electrical, Construction, and/or HVAC background.Responsibilities:- This position directly impacts the experience of all Club members and staff by ensuring a structurally safe, exceptionally clean, and highly maintained positive environment- Update the work order system and keep an activity log to track and monitor progress on projects throughout the year- Ability to lead the maintenance team and ensure projects are completed accordingly and in a timely manner- Attend scheduled management meetings to give project updates, review maintenance requests, and make recommendations for future projects.- Capital project budgeting & oversightThis is a full-time year-round position with eligibility for benefits.Health and Dental (after 90 days), and eligibility for 401(k) following one year of employment.Hourly Wage position based on 40 hours/weekDiscretionary BonusA successful candidate will have the ability to work on projects in an organized and timely manner, have great communication and leadership skills, a basic knowledge of computer programs (including but not limited to word, excel, and general email), and have a professional and respectable attitude.If you have an interest in this position, please submit a current resume and/or contact information, and a member of the management team will reach out to you.
