Morningstar Living is currently hiring a Maintenance Technician II with a specialty in either HVAC for our Moravian Hall Square Campus in Nazareth, PA. Complete all assigned work orders and preventive maintenance work on equipment and plant facilities as assigned and maintain records of work. Perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all buildings and equipment. Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments. Assist with outside grounds maintenance and snow removal when needed. What do I need in this role? High school diploma or equivalent. Must have a current, valid driver's license in good standing. Minimum of three (3) years maintenance experience or related training/certification; must be proficient in one (1) or more of the following trades: 1.) carpentry 2.) plumbing 3.) electrical 4.) HVAC 5.) appliances repair 6.) painting. Have an understanding and/or a willingness to learn about 1.) carpentry 2.) plumbing 3.) electrical 4.) HVAC 5.) appliances repair 6.) painting. Honest, reliable, and responsible; able to work independently or as a team member with the staff of all departments. Strong communication and customer service skills. Basic computer knowledge.
