AS THE PORTFOLIO ASSISTANT Support Regional Vice President and BMOC, Inc. Leadership Duties as assigned May include direct responsibility for a small portfolio Work with Executive Team to build training, procedures, and best practices. Develop positive working relationships and provide information as requested to property owners, vendors, and other stakeholders RESIDENT ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITY Act as a liaison between the house and BMOC to ensure operations are running smoothly and the building is being taken care of (cleanliness, maintenance, preventative maintenance, capital projects, etc.). May be asked to provide information to the board of directors of the house as well. Regular property tours/inspections and applicable reporting. Other duties as assigned by Greek Housing leadership.
