We're looking for some great leaders who love working with people-because people are what it's all about. Are you skilled at handling interpersonal communications, managing and uplifting teams, and creating an extremely positive experience for each and every customer? Your duties would include (but we can't list them all) interacting with guests and teammates, managing customer satisfaction, expediting food, managing inventory, ensuring compliance with regulations, supervising and, more importantly, developing team members, and promoting us as part of a locally and family owned restaurant. We'll look to you as a go-to for leadership and professionalism. In return, we will treat you like family, listen to you, pay you fairly and offer benefits. Pay starting at $60,000 per year or more D.O.E. Do you hate boredom and interested in working in a fast-paced environment, able to stand & walk for most of your shift and lift kegs, tables, boxes, etc. as needed? Do you have experience working with a busy kitchen and motivating a hard working FOH & BOH team? We're looking for the person who's self-motivated and excited to come into work each day-who's ready to tackle challenges and integrate into a team that's like a second family. We're looking for someone who wants to have an impact in a professional, but not corporate, setting. Experience & Skills Experience in restaurant management Strong communication & interpersonal skills Knowledge of the food service industry Ability to learn our POS system Availability to work days, nights and weekends What We Offer Competitive Salary Family Work Environment 2 Weeks of Paid Vacation after one year of full-time employment; 3 weeks after 3 years; 4 weeks after 5 years.
