MSI Express, Inc is currently hiring machine operators for All Shifts Geneva Location. We are a manufacturing company of food and pet food with 14 locations, mainly in the Midwest. The Machine Operator is generally responsible for the production and quality of the finished product. Specifically, the Operator sets the speed of the equipment to pace the line in accordance with the specified efficiency standards, adjusts the timing to ensure proper weight and or volume of product, and troubleshoots equipment issues.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Maintain a visual inspection of label placement, case codes, piece count and orientation as specified by the product standard and their supervisor. Maintaining a clean and organized work area. Follow all company policies including but not limited to general manufacturing and safety practices. Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, stoop, reach, stretch, step, sit, climb, and/or lift up to 50 lbs frequently or through the duration of the shift. Shift: Monday-Friday (Some Saturdays) 2nd shift hours are 2:45pm to 11:00pm Monday to Friday (Some Saturdays) 3rd shift hours are 10:45pm to 7:00am Overtime available Pay is $16.00 to $19.00 depending on shift and Position Shift Availability: All Shifts Schedule: 1st: 6:45am to 3:00pm 2nd: 2:45pm to 11:00pm 3rd: 10:45pm to 07:00am Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Vision insurance Company's website: www.msiexpress.com COVID-19 Precaution(s): Personal protective equipment provided or required Temperature screenings Social distancing guidelines in place Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place MSI Express, Inc offers a team-oriented environment that is focused on safety, quality and process improvement.
