SUMMARY Directs and coordinates development and production activities of the Information Technology Department RESPONSIBLITIES Consults with management to analyze computer system needs for management information operations, to determine scope and priorities of projects, as they pertain to Information Technology, and to discuss IT systems capacity and equipment acquisitions. Manages the development, implementation, installation, and operation of information technology systems for the organization. Develops, implements, and monitors management information systems policies and controls to ensure data accuracy, security, and legal and regulatory compliance. Negotiates and contracts with consultants, technical personnel, and vendors for IT services and products. Provides support to end users in the selection, procurement, usage, and maintenance of software programs and hardware. Oversee computer networking, computer training and cross training of employees. Oversee special projects as required by Managing Director Provide and/or coordinate computer/peripheral maintenance and repair to include maintenance of all servers, computers, Simulators, the LANs, and associated peripheral equipment at all SCT office locations. Coordinate all equipment repairs and/or replacements with the applicable manufacturers' tech support personnel. Monitor IT operations and develop improvements. SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS / EXPERIENCE Considerable computer knowledge. Experience with installation of Business software and management of applications preferred. Efficient troubleshooting abilities. Experience with Microsoft office 365. Information Technology Certification or related experience. Minimum two (2) years of supervisory experience in related field preferred. Experience with installation of business systems, software, and management of applications preferred. Networking experience preferred.
