DirectViz Solutions, (DVS) is a rapidly growing government contractor that provides strategic services that meet mission IT needs for government customers. DVS is sourcing for a Cyber Intelligence Analyst for a new opportunity in support of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). This position is located in the National Capital Region and requires a current DHS suitability or an active Top Secret clearance. Cyber Intelligence Analyst Position Responsibilities: Analyzes network events to determine the impact on current operations and conduct all-source research to determine advisory capability and intent. Prepares assessments and cyber threat profiles of current events based on the sophisticated collection, research and analysis of classified and open source information. Correlates threat data from various sources. Develops and maintains analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations. Monitors, researches, reports, and initiates products and briefings on multiple, varying, complex, specialized assignments related to cyber threat and/or risks to transportation equities for TSA operational components and private industry transportation security stakeholders, which enable customers to implement new rules, regulations, and policies in response to evolving threats. Hours : 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Actual hours may vary depending on mission requirements. Travel : 10% Required Qualifications: Clearance Requirements : TOP SECRET Contractor Requirements Education : Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology or related disciplines is required. Certification : CISSP (ISC2) Must have extensive experience and proficiency in developing and presenting, both verbally and in writing, highly technical information and presentations to non-technical audiences at all levels of the organization. Audiences for this information include, but are not limited to, senior executives at TSA and other agencies. Must have experience collecting intelligence and analyzing and creating relevant intelligence reports. Must have experience taking disparate, seemingly-unrelated intelligence and extract meaning or relevance from the data. Must have experience effectively briefing and/or communicating intelligence data in a concise, effective, and persuasive manner. Must have experience with different collection methods, i.e. HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT etc. Years of Experience: At least two years of experience in cyber intelligence analysis. At least three years of experience in overall intelligence analysis. Must possess working knowledge of cyber intelligence threats, TTPs etc. Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills and must be capable of the understanding, documenting, and communicating technical issues in a non-technical manner. Must possess working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Project, PowerPoint, and Excel for the purpose of project plan development, documentation and presentation deliverables. Must have experience developing and maintaining master project schedules and work breakdown structures (WBS). Applicants may be required to show proof of a COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card to be eligible for employment at some work sites.
