Luxury Coastal Vacations is a property management firm. We are looking for motivated and dependable individuals to join our team. We are seeking a dependable, friendly, energetic, and guest-focused HK/Laundry attendant. Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Expectations: Stand continuously for 8 hours while processing laundry Must be able to lift 50 pounds Responsible for washing, drying and folding linen in our laundry department Willing to work in a fast-paced environment and work well with others Multi-tasking skills Speak English but Spanish is a plus. Must have reliable transportation and cell phone Work weekends and holidays O ur focus is to create a strong team environment with good financial incentives for quality work! We offer health benefits and 401K. Working Hours: 40 hours per week Sunday-Saturday Schedule and hours vary and are based on business needs. Typically, 8:30am-5pm.
